Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.

  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  2. Toss the cooked chicken in the garlic butter to coat every piece, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the butter. Ensure chicken pieces are evenly sized for even cooking and avoid overcrowding the pan.
