Preparation
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. If you’re using fresh fruits, wash and chop them into small bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey/maple syrup. Stir until well blended.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it out evenly until it forms a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle your chosen fruits, nuts, and chocolate chips over the yogurt layer. Get creative and make it colorful!
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-4 hours or until completely set.
- Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet and break it into pieces or cut it into squares with a knife. Enjoy!
Notes
To store, place the pieces in an airtight container or a freezer-safe bag; kept in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Avoid letting it sit out at room temperature for too long, or it might lose its delightful crispness.
