Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) For a creamier texture, opt for full-fat Greek yogurt.
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, depending on your sweetness preference.
Toppings
  • 1 cup mixed fruit (such as berries, bananas, or peaches) Chop fresh fruits into small bite-sized pieces.
  • ½ cup nuts and seeds (like almonds, walnuts, or sunflower seeds) Chop into small pieces for even distribution.
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or sprinkles Optional for extra sweetness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. If you’re using fresh fruits, wash and chop them into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey/maple syrup. Stir until well blended.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it out evenly until it forms a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle your chosen fruits, nuts, and chocolate chips over the yogurt layer. Get creative and make it colorful!
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-4 hours or until completely set.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet and break it into pieces or cut it into squares with a knife. Enjoy!

Notes

To store, place the pieces in an airtight container or a freezer-safe bag; kept in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Avoid letting it sit out at room temperature for too long, or it might lose its delightful crispness.
