Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional, for added tang
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Blueberries:
  • Wash the blueberries gently and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
  • Make the Marshmallow Cream Base:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  • Add the mini marshmallows and stir gently to coat them in the condensed milk. Let the marshmallows sit for a few minutes to soften slightly.
  • Whip the Cream:
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. If using whipped topping, just fold it into the marshmallow mixture.
  • Combine and Fold:
  • Carefully fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture, making sure it stays light and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, taking care not to crush them.
  • Assemble the Dessert:
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual cups. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
  • Garnish with crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies for a little crunch and extra flavor.
  • Chill and Serve:
  • Refrigerate the Blueberry Marshmallow Delight for at least 1–2 hours to let the flavors meld and the dessert firm up.
