  3. Cover your bowl or seal your jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. The next morning, stir the oats well. If it's too thick, add a splash of milk.
  5. Top with your favorite ingredients like nuts or whipped cream, and enjoy!

Notes

These oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can freeze individual portions, but it's not typically recommended for overnight oats. To reheat, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before microwaving in short increments.
