Prepare the Crust:
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
Mix until the texture resembles damp sand, then press evenly into a 9-inch pie dish.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes while preparing the filling.
Make the Filling:
In a small bowl, whisk together boiling water and orange gelatin until fully dissolved.
Stir in cold water and let cool for 5–10 minutes.
In another mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped topping, then mix in the cooled orange gelatin mixture and orange zest.
Assemble & Chill:
Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Garnish & Serve:
Before serving, top with extra whipped topping, orange slices, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
