Easy No-Bake Creamsicle Pie for Summer: A Refreshing Citrus Dessert

This Easy No-Bake Creamsicle Pie is a dreamy, refreshing summer dessert bursting with orange and vanilla flavors. With a creamy texture and no oven required, it’s the perfect citrus treat for warm days!

Ingredients
  

  • For the Crust:
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • For the Filling:
  • 1 box 3 oz orange-flavored gelatin (Jell-O brand or similar)
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest optional, for extra citrus flavor
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • For Garnish:
  • Extra whipped topping
  • Fresh orange slices
  • Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crust:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  • Mix until the texture resembles damp sand, then press evenly into a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes while preparing the filling.
  • Make the Filling:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together boiling water and orange gelatin until fully dissolved.
  • Stir in cold water and let cool for 5–10 minutes.
  • In another mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping, then mix in the cooled orange gelatin mixture and orange zest.
  • Assemble & Chill:
  • Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  • Garnish & Serve:
  • Before serving, top with extra whipped topping, orange slices, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
  • Slice and enjoy!
