  • 1 lb Radishes, washed and ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • to taste Parsley (optional) for garnish Adds flavor and color

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and trimming the radishes. Cut off the roots and tails.
Seasoning
  1. In a large bowl, combine the washed radishes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the seasoned radishes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook the radishes for about 15-18 minutes, shaking gently after the first 10 minutes for even cooking.
Serving
  1. Once they are golden and crispy, serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.

Notes

Experiment with different types of radishes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
