Preparation
- Start by washing and trimming the radishes. Cut off the roots and tails.
Seasoning
- In a large bowl, combine the washed radishes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned radishes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the radishes for about 15-18 minutes, shaking gently after the first 10 minutes for even cooking.
Serving
- Once they are golden and crispy, serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.
Notes
Experiment with different types of radishes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
