  • 1 pound radishes, halved or quartered depending on size Fresh radishes for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Or your favorite herb.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse and trim the radishes, cutting them into halves or quarters for uniform pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the radishes with olive oil and minced garlic. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper over radishes. Toss again for even distribution.
  4. Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.
Cooking
  1. Place seasoned radishes in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Cook for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. Check for doneness; they should be golden brown and fork-tender. If not done, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Notes

For crisper radishes, add more Parmesan before finishing cooking. Experiment with different herbs to create unique flavors. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
