- In a second bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, paprika, and garlic powder.
Breading and Baking
- Dip each fish stick in the flour, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Shake off any excess before dipping into the egg.
- Coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange the coated fish sticks on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with a little oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or a wedge of lemon.

For Halal-friendly alternatives, use frozen fish fillets labeled Halal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a preheated oven to keep the crispiness.
