Cooking the Chicken
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray a light coat of olive oil over the top and air fry them for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Assembling the Wraps
- Once your chicken is done, place a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Layer mozzarella cheese in the center, followed by the crispy chicken strips, and any additional toppings you desire.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
Final Cooking (Optional)
- Place the wraps in the air fryer for an additional 3-4 minutes to get the outside slightly crispy.
Serving
- Slice in half for easy sharing, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
