  • 2 pieces chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) Cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred) For extra crispiness
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) For filling
  • 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or flour) Choose your preference
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken strip into the breadcrumb mixture to coat them thoroughly.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Spray a light coat of olive oil over the top and air fry them for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Ensure chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Once your chicken is done, place a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Layer mozzarella cheese in the center, followed by the crispy chicken strips, and any additional toppings you desire.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
Final Cooking (Optional)
  1. Place the wraps in the air fryer for an additional 3-4 minutes to get the outside slightly crispy.
Serving
  1. Slice in half for easy sharing, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
