Preparation
  1. Take your beef roast out of the refrigerator and allow it to rest for about 30 minutes to reach room temperature.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and Worcestershire sauce. Rub this mixture over the entire roast.
  3. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned beef roast into the air fryer basket and cook for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature, ensuring it reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
Serving
  1. Remove the roast from the air fryer and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  2. Slice the roast against the grain into desired thickness and serve with your favorite sides.

For substitutions, herbs like rosemary or oregano can add a delightful twist. Avoid crowding the air fryer for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
