  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved (red or yellow varieties work well) Ensure they are rinsed and dried for best crispiness
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For that golden crisp
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Adds depth of flavor
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For a delicious smokiness
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or rosemary for garnish) Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the baby potatoes under cold water and cut them in half. Pat them dry with a towel.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Once golden brown and crispy, remove the potatoes from the air fryer. Optionally sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
Serving
  1. Place the crispy potatoes on a platter and serve them warm.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
