Preparation
- Rinse the baby potatoes under cold water and cut them in half. Pat them dry with a towel.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove the potatoes from the air fryer. Optionally sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
Serving
- Place the crispy potatoes on a platter and serve them warm.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
