Layering

- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips.
- Follow with half of the black beans, corn, and jalapeños.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Cooking
- Carefully place the layered nachos into the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
Serving
- Remove the nachos from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream, a generous spoonful of guacamole, and some tangy salsa on the side.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the chips in the air fryer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
