Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, pastel M&Ms, and Easter sprinkles.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving enough space between each cookie.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
