  • 1 teaspoon mustard Dijon or yellow
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs Like dill or parsley

Method
 

Boiling the Eggs
  1. Place your eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
Cooling the Eggs
  1. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them cool completely for about 5-10 minutes.
Peeling the Eggs
  1. Gently tap each egg on the counter to crack the shell, then peel under running water for a smoother experience.
Preparing the Filling
  1. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash together until smooth and creamy.
Adding Herbs
  1. Fold in the chopped herbs for added flavor.
Filling the Eggs
  1. Use a piping bag or a spoon to fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
