- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, and mixed nuts. If using cheese crackers, add them too.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, dill pickle seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the dill coating over the dry ingredients and gently stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture out evenly on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Allow the mix to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. You can refresh leftovers by reheating in the oven for a few minutes.
