Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined—don’t overwork the meat!
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts and gently shape them into burger patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes for optimal cooking results.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they have a little space between them for even airflow and cooking.
Cooking
- Cook the patties for about 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time for an even sear. For added juiciness, check that they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- In the last few minutes of cooking, you can toast the burger buns in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 2 minutes.
Serving
- Once cooked, assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and sauces. Enjoy them hot and juicy!
Notes
Don’t overmix the meat to avoid toughness and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
