  • 1/2 cup honey, preferably raw For added flavor.
  • 1-2 tbsp red pepper flakes Adjust based on your heat preference.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Like mozzarella or a Halal-friendly blend.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme) for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, half of the honey, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend everything until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Drizzle the remaining honey on top, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve hot with your favorite dippers!

Notes

If you have leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. Freezing is not recommended as it alters texture.
