Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard glaze over them, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and registers an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Substitutions include using yellow mustard or a mix of mustard and mayonnaise. Honey can be replaced with maple syrup for a different flavor. Avoid overcrowding the baking dish to achieve a crispy finish.
