  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (for brushing)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Cornmeal (for dusting) Use on pizza stone or baking sheet.
For the toppings
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Generously sprinkle for the best coverage.
  • 1 cup Halal Pepperoni, sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. If using store-bought dough, follow the package instructions. For homemade dough, roll it out on a lightly floured surface until about 12 inches in diameter. Dust your pizza stone or baking sheet with cornmeal.
Assembly
  1. Spread a layer of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  2. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  3. Distribute Halal pepperoni slices evenly across the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
Baking
  1. Transfer your pizza to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
