- Start by boiling a pot of salted water. Add your chosen pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, sauté the chopped onion and bell pepper for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Break it apart with a spatula and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the turkey is fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the turkey mixture and cook for another 3 minutes until they soften.
- Gently fold the drained pasta into the skillet, mixing well to combine everything. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Plate your Delicious Ground Turkey Pasta, topping with freshly grated Parmesan cheese (if using) and a sprinkle of fresh herbs!
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet with a splash of water or broth to maintain moisture.
