  • 1/2 cup Sprinkles (optional) Used for decoration.
  • 1 set Silicone molds Perfect for shaping your chocolates.

Method

Preparation
  1. Melt the Chocolate: Place the chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Prepare the Molds: While the chocolate is melting, prepare your silicone molds by ensuring they are clean and dry.
  3. Fill the Molds: Pour a spoonful of the melted chocolate into each mold, ensuring to cover the sides. Use a spoon to coat the inside well.
  4. Add Fillings: Sprinkle a mix of your chopped nuts and dried fruits into each mold. Then, pour additional melted chocolate on top to fully seal the fillings.
  5. Set the Chocolates: Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until the chocolates are fully set and hard.
  6. Unmold and Decorate: Once set, gently pop the chocolates out of the molds. You can drizzle extra melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles if you wish.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Arrange your Delightful Easter Chocolates on a beautiful platter and share them with your loved ones.
