- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cottage cheese and buffalo sauce. Stir until the cottage cheese is fully coated and the mixture is smooth.
- Fold in the cooked, shredded chicken, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for topping later, and mix until incorporated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, remembering that the buffalo sauce will add some natural spice!
Baking
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and top with the reserved cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with extra green onions before serving with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
