Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest.
- Once the chicken has cooled slightly, slice it into thin strips.
Assembly
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the chopped romaine lettuce at the center of each tortilla.
- Add slices of grilled chicken on top of the lettuce.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chicken and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up, ensuring everything stays inside.
Serving
- Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra dressing on the side for dipping.
Notes
For lighter options, use grilled veggies instead of chicken or swap the Caesar dressing for hummus. Prep all ingredients beforehand to save time.
