  • 2 large flour tortillas or any preferred wrap
  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing make sure it’s halal-friendly
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup croutons optional for added crunch

Preparation
  1. Grill the Chicken: Start by grilling your chicken breast until it’s cooked through and has nice grill marks (about 6-7 minutes per side). Once done, slice it into strips.
  2. Prepare the Dressing and Vegetables: In a large bowl, mix your chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing. Toss to coat the greens evenly.
Assembly
  1. Take a warm tortilla and layer it with grilled chicken strips.
  2. Add the dressed lettuce on top, followed by a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. If you like it crunchy, add croutons for an extra twist.
  3. Gently fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it tightly from the bottom of the wrap until you have a beautifully sealed package.
Serving

Notes
