- Prepare the Dressing and Vegetables: In a large bowl, mix your chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing. Toss to coat the greens evenly.
Assembly
- Take a warm tortilla and layer it with grilled chicken strips.
- Add the dressed lettuce on top, followed by a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. If you like it crunchy, add croutons for an extra twist.
- Gently fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it tightly from the bottom of the wrap until you have a beautifully sealed package.
