Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and dry your Brussels sprouts. Trim the ends and slice them in half.
- In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Toss until well-coated.
- Arrange the seasoned sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Shake the baking sheet halfway through.
- If desired, drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot Brussels sprouts right before serving.
- Plate them up and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For freezing, ensure they are well-sealed and will last for about 2 months. To reheat, place them on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes.
