- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for your pizza.
- Roll out your pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer your rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Lightly brush the surface with olive oil to keep the crust crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using) until well combined.
- Spread the chopped vegetables evenly over the dough, followed by the shredded cheese. Finally, pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is a beautiful golden brown.
- Once the pizza is cooked to perfection, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
