For the pizza
  • 1 package Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing the crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.) Customize with your favorite vegetables
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for your pizza.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer your rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Lightly brush the surface with olive oil to keep the crust crispy.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using) until well combined.
  5. Spread the chopped vegetables evenly over the dough, followed by the shredded cheese. Finally, pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring even coverage.
  6. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is a beautiful golden brown.
  7. Once the pizza is cooked to perfection, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Feel free to switch out vegetables based on your preferences. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven.
