- Start by rinsing the fresh blueberries under cool water. Once clean, set aside about a handful for garnishing later.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, pulsing a few times to keep some blueberry chunks for added texture.
- Taste the blended mix. If preferred sweeter, add more honey or maple syrup and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into a lidded container and place it in the freezer for about 4-6 hours, or until firm.
- Once frozen, scoop out the yogurt into bowls, garnish with reserved blueberries, and enjoy.
Notes
Let it soften for a few minutes at room temperature before scooping to make it easier to serve. Feel free to experiment with other fruits like strawberries or raspberries.
