  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of the lobster's shell to expose the meat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add paprika if desired.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Generously brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and the shell is bright red.
  4. Remove the lobster tails, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over them, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

Choose smaller tails for better cooking results. For a Halal-friendly option, substitute unsalted butter with ghee or a plant-based butter alternative. Avoid overcooking to keep the meat tender.
