Preparation
- Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of the lobster's shell to expose the meat.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add paprika if desired.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Generously brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and the shell is bright red.
- Remove the lobster tails, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over them, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
Choose smaller tails for better cooking results. For a Halal-friendly option, substitute unsalted butter with ghee or a plant-based butter alternative. Avoid overcooking to keep the meat tender.
