  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the drumsticks under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the drumsticks in this mixture until all are evenly coated.
  3. Let them marinate for about 5 to 10 minutes for maximum flavor.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  3. Check that the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C) using a meat thermometer. If needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serving
  1. Remove the drumsticks from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For unique twists, try using avocado oil or different spices. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for best crispiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 5-7 minutes.
