Cucumber Water Recipe

Refresh yourself with this simple cucumber water recipe! A hydrating and subtly flavored drink perfect for staying cool and energized.

Equipment

  • Pitcher
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Wooden spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
  • 8 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Fresh mint basil, or lemon slices (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Cucumber
  • Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it thinly for the best infusion.
  • Combine Ingredients in a Pitcher
  • Add the cucumber slices to a large pitcher. Pour the cold water over the cucumbers and gently stir to mix.
  • Add Optional Ingredients
  • For added flavor, add a handful of fresh mint or basil leaves, or a few lemon slices.
  • Chill and Infuse
  • Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1-2 hours to allow the cucumber flavor to infuse fully.
  • Serve
  • Serve the cucumber water over ice, if desired. Refill the pitcher with more water as needed, and enjoy throughout the day.
