- 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
- 3 medium tomatoes diced or sliced
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (optional)
- For the Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar optional, for a hint of sweetness
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and slice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion.
