Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil or cooking spray. Sauté the chopped onion for about 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Stir in the sautéed spinach mixture and shredded cheese into the egg mixture until evenly distributed.
- Grease a pie dish or oven-safe skillet and pour the quiche mixture into it, spreading it out evenly.
Cooking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
