Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on the sheet.
Cooking
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until mushrooms are golden-brown and crispy.
- Once out of the oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the mushrooms on the baking sheet. You can experiment with different types of mushrooms for varied flavors and textures. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
