Preparation

- Rinse the cauliflower head under cool water and cut it into bite-sized florets. Pat the florets dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the seasoned cauliflower and toss until well coated.
Roasting
- Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle chopped parsley on top, and serve hot.
Notes
For dairy-free options, consider substituting Parmesan with a nut-based cheese alternative. You can also add heat with cayenne pepper or red chili flakes.
