  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Don't skimp on the olive oil for crunch.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish
  • ½ lemon Juice of ½ lemon For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again to ensure every piece is covered in cheesy goodness.
  4. Spread the cauliflower mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Once done, remove from the oven, squeeze lemon juice over the top, and garnish with fresh parsley.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, use the oven for best results.
