- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again to ensure every piece is covered in cheesy goodness.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove from the oven, squeeze lemon juice over the top, and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
