For the coating

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Take about a tablespoon of the filling and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all filling is shaped into balls.
  3. Place the truffle balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  4. While the truffles are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short intervals, stirring frequently.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet and refrigerate for another 15-30 minutes until set.
  7. Enjoy your truffles straight from the fridge!

Notes
