Method
Preparation
- Rinse the head of cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using). Stir until all the ingredients are nicely blended.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the seasoning mix and toss until fully coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again to ensure each floret is coated.
Air Frying
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Once hot, place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the cauliflower for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispiness.
- The cauliflower should be golden brown and crispy when done.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot. Enjoy as an appetizer, side dish, or snack!
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for up to two months. Reheat by air frying for 4-5 minutes at 375°F (190°C) with a light spray of olive oil.
