Preparation
  1. Rinse the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets. Aim for uniform pieces for even cooking.
Seasoning
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Adding Cheese
  1. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned florets and toss again to coat all pieces.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
  2. Air fry for approximately 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. The cauliflower should be golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve immediately for the best texture.
