  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) For extra heat
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Add for a cheesy flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and dry them well to ensure they crisp up in the air fryer.
  2. Chop the florets to your desired size.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss the broccoli florets in the mixture until well-coated.
Preheat the Air Fryer
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Air Fry
  1. Place the broccoli florets in your air fryer basket. Set the timer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Add Cheese (optional)
  1. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the broccoli during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
Serve
  1. Once the broccoli is crispy and golden brown, remove it from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
