Preparation
  1. Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add Parmesan cheese if using.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned broccoli florets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
  2. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on them until they turn golden brown.
Serving
  1. Carefully remove the crispy broccoli bites from the air fryer and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Fresh broccoli works best, but frozen can be used if thawed and dried thoroughly. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer to ensure crispy results. Try adding crushed red pepper flakes or lemon zest for extra flavor.
