Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts For added crunch
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Optional for sweetness

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients: Start by measuring out all your ingredients—1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and any optional add-ins like crushed nuts or chocolate chips.
  2. Mix it up: In a medium-sized bowl, use a whisk or spoon to combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully blended and creamy.
  3. Prepare your molds: Line a baking tray with parchment paper. You can use a silicone mold for ice cubes or simply spoon the mixture into bite-sized dollops on the lined tray.
  4. Add toppings: If you’re using crushed nuts or chocolate chips, sprinkle them on top of each dollop of yogurt mixture before freezing.
  5. Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours, until the bites are solid.
  6. Enjoy: Once frozen, store your Crispy Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites in an airtight container in the freezer. Grab a few whenever the craving strikes!
