Preparation
- Gather your ingredients: Start by measuring out all your ingredients—1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and any optional add-ins like crushed nuts or chocolate chips.
- Mix it up: In a medium-sized bowl, use a whisk or spoon to combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully blended and creamy.
- Prepare your molds: Line a baking tray with parchment paper. You can use a silicone mold for ice cubes or simply spoon the mixture into bite-sized dollops on the lined tray.
- Add toppings: If you’re using crushed nuts or chocolate chips, sprinkle them on top of each dollop of yogurt mixture before freezing.
- Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours, until the bites are solid.
- Enjoy: Once frozen, store your Crispy Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites in an airtight container in the freezer. Grab a few whenever the craving strikes!
Notes
These bites can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Enjoy them straight from the freezer without the need to thaw.
