Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup For sweetness.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth and well-blended.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup to the mixture, mixing well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form balls of the yogurt-peanut butter mixture, about one inch in diameter.
  4. Roll each ball in the crushed nuts or granola until completely coated.
  5. Place the coated bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, transfer them to an airtight container and store them in the freezer. Take them out whenever you’re ready to enjoy a tasty treat!

Experiment with flavors: Try adding cocoa powder to the mixture for a chocolatey twist, or incorporate spices like cinnamon for an extra kick. Substitutions: If you have nut allergies, replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter for a budget-friendly alternative.
