  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for baking

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine crushed cornflakes, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take each chicken tender, dip it into ranch dressing, and then roll it in the cornflake mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and lightly spray or brush them with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake the tenders for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway for even cooking.
  2. Once done, let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
