  • 2 units eggs, beaten These help the breadcrumbs stick to the fish.
  • 1 tsp paprika Adds flavor and a nice color.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking To prevent sticking.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for even baking.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray or brush it with oil.
  3. Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat each fish fillet in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and then press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  5. Arrange the coated fish sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each for even cooking.
  6. Spray the tops of the fish sticks with cooking spray or brush lightly with oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
