Preparation
- Wash your baby potatoes thoroughly. Cut them in halves or quarters, depending on their size.
- In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring even coating.
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Arrange the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for a gorgeous golden color and cook for a few more minutes if necessary until crispy.
Serving
- Once crispy, remove the potatoes and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Choose baby potatoes or fingerlings for the best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. To reheat, preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
