Ingredients
  

For the Patties
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Assembly
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat or regular hamburger buns
  • Your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, mustard, etc.) Customize as desired.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to gently mix until everything is combined.
  2. Divide the meat into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
  3. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space in between them. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  2. While the patties are cooking, toast your hamburger buns in the air fryer for the last 2-3 minutes of the cooking time, or until they’re lightly golden.
Assembly
  1. Once the patties are cooked through, place them on the toasted buns and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy your delicious Crispy Air Fryer Hamburgers!

Notes

Don’t overwork the meat during mixing, maintain uniform patty thickness, and feel free to experiment with various toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
