Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined, avoiding over-mixing.
- Form the mixture into burger patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Make a small indent in the center of each patty.
Cooking
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the burgers for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Optional: In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add cheese slices to the patties.
Serving
- Let the burgers rest for a couple of minutes before serving them on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 3-5 minutes.
