  • 4 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in and skin-on) For maximum flavor
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Take the chicken thighs and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over each thigh, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Arrange the thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through until golden-brown and cooked through.
  4. Let the thighs rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for the crispiest results. If you can't find bone-in, skin-on thighs, boneless thighs also work well but may require shorter cooking time.
