- Take the chicken thighs and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over each thigh, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through until golden-brown and cooked through.
- Let the thighs rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for the crispiest results. If you can't find bone-in, skin-on thighs, boneless thighs also work well but may require shorter cooking time.
