  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Preparation
  1. Start by patting the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side up.
  2. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  1. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes after cooking, then serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Use room temperature chicken for even cooking. Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure the perfect crispiness. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days and reheat in the air fryer.
