Preparation
- Start by washing the Brussels sprouts thoroughly. Make sure to trim off the ends and slice them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cooking
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for a few minutes.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the basket of your air fryer in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook them for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until they achieve a lovely golden-brown hue.
- If you want cheesy flavor, sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Serving
- Once done, carefully remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and plate them up. Enjoy hot!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For best reheating, use an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
