Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping) Add for additional flavor if desired.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing the Brussels sprouts thoroughly. Make sure to trim off the ends and slice them in half.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cooking
  1. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for a few minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the basket of your air fryer in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  3. Cook them for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until they achieve a lovely golden-brown hue.
  4. If you want cheesy flavor, sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Serving
  1. Once done, carefully remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and plate them up. Enjoy hot!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For best reheating, use an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
